The process is pretty standard, first call with the recruiter, second round there’s one case study to be presented, the time limited is a big challenge but depends on the hiring manager, the last one with head of product.
The interview process was rather casual, consisting of 2 rounds in total. The 1st was a phone interview by the HR, and the 2nd was a zoom interview with the direct hiring manager. The questions asked were about skillset, and how the incumbent could value-add to the company.
Got screened by HR who knows nothing about product management and asked very very generic questions. HR also did not call me at our first interview and did not reply me that she was sick until 10pm that night
