Overall a fairly inconsiderate process, unlike any I've experienced before. The recruiter only gave 1 timeslot option for each round of interviews that had no flexibility at all. In one round, the interview was with a representative in Hong Kong (a 12 hour time difference for me) and the only options in my timezone were 6am or 9:30pm, with no option to meet in the middle at 8am or 8pm. It also just seemed unorganized and unrealistic in their launch plans: I was interviewing in mid-September as their first potential hire, and they wanted to launch the service within a month - with no time for hiring more staff. I ended up withdrawing as there just seemed to be too many red-flags about lack of work-life balance or general professional courtesy & boundaries.
