I had an initial phone call with a lovely girl from HR. After a few email exchanges (mainly me chasing)…. Radio silence!
Whilst it was only one initial interview, there was still preparation time and time out of my schedule to take the interview.
I would encourage corporate companies to ensure at least a rejection email is sent, it’s unjust to leave candidates waiting months for a response - LVMH please review your procedures
