I was going for the Moet Hennessy arm for Human Resources. There are only 2 stages to the interview, first a short phone interview where they introduce you to your job and find out about your background, and following that you may get arranged for a face-to-face interview. Mine was conducted with a regional HR manager and a senior Regional HR manager. They ask what you know about the company, a lot about how you have learnt from your past experiences, interests and hobbies.
