Interview
Initially a Cover Letter and then an all day Assessment Day. Assessment Day had why you wanted to work there and typical not very hard interview questions. Need to know people skills and team work.
The process was fairly quick. I received a call from HR and the phone screen lasted no more than 30 minutes. I had an in-person interview within that week and got the job offer almost immediately.
