Standard process, submitted my resume on indeed.ca, and got a phone interview a week later. Very standard and routine process. You will be asked if you have heard about their brand? what they do? Are you familiar with this brand? what you know about the brand?

What your strengthen and weakness ? why L'occitane? How much you know about our products? Are you comfortable touching people's skin? (coz you will be asked to perform hand rituals or facial for customers later on) Tell us a time when you solved a tough customer problem.
