I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L'Occitane (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
All applications are handled in-person, I dropped off my application and resume to my local boutique and was called for a phone interview the next day. That week, I had an interview scheduled with the Store Manager and District Manager, and was offered the job via phone the next day. The process went very quickly but I felt I received the proper information and had all of my questions answered.

Walk-in and had a very smooth interview process with the manager during 2019. They offered me a part time role but shift schedule was full time due to peak period.

Interview
- Rather long and arduous process
- Long interview questions
- was expected to write to email manager some additional interview questions
- Phone interview first and person interview after
- Manager was rather nice and welcoming, she was very understanding and accommodating but did expect me to work more than 15 hours (company policy for part-timers)
- Manager asked a lot of questions (perhaps almost an hour long for me because I did not do a phone interview)
- Interview was harder than most retail positions I have had as they asked very specific questions that reflected my work ethics and character
