Kroll Valuation Analyst interview questions

2 rounds: 1 pre-recorded online interview and then in-person superday. Both interviews involve a mix or behavioral and technical questions. Superday also includes a group case study taken with other candidates that involves DCF calculations and comp analysis.

I had a first round interview. It was very relaxed. We talked about different valuation methods. It was a one on one interview. I was not asked behavioral questions but rather asked to walk through my resume.
