Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was all based on my technicall skills and most about profile required skills.
Kroll emailed me after I made an online application to discuss two possible roles with me. Initially, they were responsive, friendly and enthusiastic about my background and skillset. They invited me to complete a written assessment for the Compliance team. I completed the timed assessment and received several updates from over the next week or so, saying my test was being reviewed by the relevant team and they would have feedback/an outcome for me very soon. Then I heard nothing and was ghosted by my Kroll point of contact. This was 3 months ago and I never received any communication again from them about my written assessment, much to my dismay.

Multiple interviews throughout the hiring process. Hiring process was long. Human Resources had a lot of hoops that needed to be jumped through. Lots of paperwork. Overall stressful experience.
