Interview
There are three parts to the interview. 1. Phone screen 2. Online call with senior associate and VP. 3. In person meeting with team. All of these meetings are very easy no hard question pressing questions. Some easy technical questions.
Had a phone screen with HR. She was polite and organized but asked a couple of interview questions I was surprised by as I thought this was more of a fact finding/intro phone call. The questions weren't out of bounds or anything, just didn't expect that type of question so early in the process. I didn't hear back for months.

I don't remember specifically but it was along the lines of my management approach? or maybe asking for a time I received feedback and how I responded. I was ill-prepared and probably didn't give a very good answer.
First round is 3 30 min interviews. All higher level employees and challange you. They are all from diffrent segments. 2nd Round is in person case study in new York. All other rounds take place on zoom
