I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2024
Interview
1. After application submission in early Feb 2024, I got a call within a week for a phone interview with a recruiter. It went well and they even advised me on what to say and how to portray things in video final interview. Was told I was a great candidate.
2. Completed written assessment and by final interview was told I scored well hence me getting to final interview.
3. Final interview was in early March and was 2 back to back sessions half an hour each. First one was with assistant manager and manager. Second one was with another manager and the department AVP (or VP) I can’t remember.
4. Was told they were seriously considering me and then to expect my assigned recruiter to notify if I got the job within two weeks. I followed up at two weeks, three weeks, and one month asking for an update. I wasn’t expecting to be told yes, I am fully understanding of the fact they could have found better candidates. It was just insulting to be strung along over two months and not given a status update. Still sour all these months later but I have to put my ego aside as I have considered applying again or calling in to withdraw the app for closure.

Interview
Round 1 was online. It was a really easy process, a few video questions and a few short essay questions. My advice would be to use the resources they give to prep for the interview process.
