Interview
Basic first round with HR with standard HR questions. Then was flown out for the onsite interview with the local staff with 3 other candidates. Was put up in very nice accommodations in Downtown Denver and met up with staff & other interview candidates for drinks and appetizer's the night before the interview. Met with the Director and Senior Associate for 30 minutes each.

You will first meet with the VP of operations, who will briefly review your resume and ask 1-2 questions. Then you will meet with the director of tax technology, where the bulk of the interview will take place. Then you will meet with a handful of colleagues in the department to ask a handful of questions about you and your skillset.

First round interview was very laid back. Just trying to gauge your experience, if any, with valuations and excel and your desire for the position.
Final round interviews consists of around five interviews with a combination of mangers and managing directors. Not difficult, just again gauging your knowledge and interests in the position.
