Took a three hour assesment in the office and then they never sent a response back despite the time committed. Should try not to waste applicants time as much ideally.

Role related test case, looking at companies in the region
Firstly, they shortlist you based on your CV, then conduct GD and email writing test, after shortlist in that, you have to give 2 rounds of interview. This is the overall process

Phone screening followed by a panel interview with 3 seniors. Mostly around motivation and if the candidate wants to stay at the firm for the long term. They use LinkedIn to recruit
