I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroll (Mumbai) in Dec 2018
Interview
Simple one round interview after CV shortlisting. More focus was on technical clarity and basic finance. Also, a question on valuation was asked like given a flat in so so location, how will you approach its valuation.
First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
