I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kroll (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Was first screened via phone by MD of Portfolio Valuation. Then flown out the flowing week to NYC to interview at a Superday. Consisted of 3 back to back 1/2 hour interviews and a case study on valuation. Mostly behavioral- but will have technical.
First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
