Interview
First, I took the language assessment test, which was online. After I passed the test I had an in-person interview in the DC office. The whole interview process took about 2 weeks.

A lot of questions about research. Time management, research methods, meeting deadlines, etc.

Interview
Very casual type of interview and the questions were fairly straight-forward. I was interviewed by 3 people to see where I would be put on the team. After the 30 minute interview I didn't get any official contact for about 2 weeks. The paperwork was sent to me and I signed up the same day.

Interview
First one or two rounds of phone interviews and then an assessment centre. It took some time after the application but process went forward quite quickly ever since. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helped to solve the problems.
