Kroger Project Manager interview questions

They ask you questions based on your behaviors - past innovation experience, teamwork, leadership, etc. There are some technical questions but the main focus is behavioral. Overall I liked the approach but it did feel a bit odd to not speak very much about the actual job.

interview process is very straight forward, regular questions consist of why work for Kroger, where do you see your self in 5 years but the real closer is when you finish with I will do whatever it takes to get the job done under any circumstances
