Kroger Overnight Stocker interview questions

Typical interview process and asking of very basic questions such as are you willing to work overnights and do you have transportation to work...very elementary. During orientation they try and make you join the union. Don't Do It!

Asked questions about strengths and weaknesses. Questions about situations when you rised above and went beyond. There were no sorry of negotiations. I accepted the offer and went to work 3 days later. Every employee is hired at the same rate of pay according to their position. This is a union job!
