Kroger Overnight Stocker interview questions

Phone screening: Why do you want to work for Kroger? Tell me about a time you couldn’t give a customer what they wanted. I was told to wait 5-7 days to hear back from the store. I was called by the store to schedule an in person interview less than 24hrs after the phone screening. In person “interview” consisted of confirming the position, filling out preliminary paperwork.

it was easy and stress free, the lady was really nice about everything. it is my first time going to an interview and i feel like it went pretty well.
