I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Clarkston, MI) in Jun 2017
Interview
Questions were asked (Between 5-8) and I was hired right there. I took a drug test and filled out some paperwork after that. Pretty easy, basic questions asked. Once you get an interview, you need to mess up really bad to not get a job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Charlottesville, VA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Very simple, very easy. First there was a phone call with the recruiting team then they set up an in person interview in the store for the next week. Didn't make me nervous at all and it all went really smoothly. Asked very simple questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (Jackson, MI) in Oct 2017
Interview
Kroger was having a job fair, so it was a very straightforward process. I filled out an application in advance online, and then went in and read through the job description packet, then they took me upstairs for an interview. The interview took about 10 minutes tops, and they immediately offered me a job. Overall, the process took less than an hour.
