The interview process began with a phone screening and then an onsite interview. The questions were typical behavioral questions for both interviews, and I explained the reason I wanted to work there. Overall, the process was under a month.
There was a form online you fill out then wait a month for them to tell you that you don't get the job. I think its because I wasn't able to work for a long period of time but they are desperate for workers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kroger (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2019
Interview
One group interview with the other technicians present throughout. The QC manager was there. The QC manager lead the interview. The QC manager asked questions on education, work experiences and outlook. It was intimidating.
