Did a group interview where there were me and three other people, Manager was informative and assured us of things including questions and we really introduced ourselves, were given questions and answered individually one at a time, and what to expect with positions we applied for and benefits with it.

Selection is made, then you are called in for a one-on-one sit down with hiring rep. Very easy to work around your schedule, and it is a very relaxed environment.
