Kroger interview questions

The interviewer asked me what I hoped to get from the job, as well as what I was hoping to get from Kroger. THe interviewer let me know what the job would consist of and that I could change jobs after a trial period if I found that I wanted to do something else.

I applied online was called in for an interview a couple of weeks later, to take place at a different store than the one I applied to. The interview itself was extremely easy, probably the easiest interview I've ever had. I was asked why I was wanting to leave my current company and after giving an answer, we started discussing the job details, such as pay, training and what to expect. At the end of the interview, I was given a drug test and was informed that they would have the results back in a few days. Overall, I was in the office for less than 30 minutes. I received confirmation at the end of the week that I had been hired and I started training the next week.
