Interview
as long as you showed up on time and dont seem like too much of a screw up you have the job in the bag, when getting interviewed it was more of getting all your paperwork and drug tests done (which is a saliva test)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process was a little long only because it was a hiring event which I got hired on the spot, so that was worth the long process. There were all types of different people there attempting to obtain a position with this company. The administrators were very prepared and patient with all the commotion going on. They took time to talk to each applicant and answered any questions asked. They even stayed to assist anyone who needed a little help on the computer for testings such as any elderly person, which I found to be commendable.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Alpharetta, GA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Easy and Simple. I first had an interview with one of the Assistant Unit Managers. Then after that they sent me to a 3 day training class at another location. The next week I started the job. All of the Senior Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. I felt very welcomed.
