Kroger interview questions

1:1 interview with direct line manager, immediately followed by panel interview with business units to be supported. Two weeks later I had a C-level interview. Experience based questions but I felt like organizational fit was more the focus. I did not find the interview to be representative of the actual working conditions.

The questions were pretty much easy. They asked standard customer service questions and the process was relatively short. They also told me that I would be working in several different departments, even though cashier would be my primary area. The woman who interviewed me told me that she went to school for something totally different to what she was doing now, hiring manager, but she ended up loving what she does.
