I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Beckley, WV) in Oct 2011
Interview
It was very fast, they just ask a few questions and pretty much hire you the next day. They give you a drug test and do a background check, which both only take about a day.

Question 1
How do you think you'll be able to contribute to Kroger?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2013
Interview
The store hiring manager has your application in his hands and is asking you questions directly from it. It is does make you a little nervous because I was thinking 'what if I don't say the exact same thing that I wrote down even though all of it is true?' He will also show you how to make corrections to things that you did incorrexly or worded strangly because they want you to learn from the experience. Then they will ask about your abilities and your availability. Then they will tell you whether you got the job or not.

Question 1
Do you have any strong-suits that make you stick out for this job?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Fort Wayne, IN)
Interview
I was offered the job part time. I was suppose to get a orientation done before starting and per my availability! I was called 2 and every time I returned the call I was told she was gone or unable to get to the phone! I was able to get ahold of her at last and was told that there was no job for me!?!?? This was 3 weeks of interviewing and phone calls just to be told sorry at the end!! I was disappointed with the way this was handed! No longer a Kroger shopper!!'
