I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kroger (Franklin, TN)
Interview
Very casual, and at the time I was looking to be employed very quickly as I was a student, so I enjoyed the promptness of the experience at least. Hiring manager and some other staff were very kind throughout the training period.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kroger (Detroit, MI) in Jan 2020
Interview
Quick interview with the manager. Questions are easy for my position mostly are you okay with walking bending lifting pounds at a certain amount. Good money for a high schooler or getting back on your feet.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Houston, TX)
Interview
Interview was straightforward. They told their expectations, their salary, asked how many hours willing to work etc. The interviewer was unexperienced as I can tell. This is an interview I joined because I just needed to pay my bills. They said they will get back to me in 2-3 days, however after 2 weeks there is still no answer.
