Kroger interview questions

The process was brief. Received a phone call proposing a date that i visit the store which i had applied. Confirmed the date and visited the store; which was basically to fill out required forms and get you set up in the system. Walked me around the store and told me when to start. Not a lot; I didn't expect a lot either....because after all the job is a cashier.

The interview was a behavioral based panel interview. I was two four hour sessions with both leadership and team members. A great way to get to know the team and management. I would recommend taking a bio break prior to the interview, it's intense!
