Kroger interview questions

Asked me tell me about yourself?explain to them I had delivery driver experience they had my resume and everything basicallY went through all that just for them to tell me I didn’t get the job then I had two people interview me one was just looking at me the whole time just starting which threw me off they could’ve just interviewed with one person like it usually goes but they can hire a caucasian junkie before they hire a black women like me that came just professionally and everything, they pick and choose who they wanna hire someone I know told me they hired a Junkie to do that job!. They only want u work pt starting off like that’s going to pay the bills yea right smh..

Simple in person interview with the store manager or ARM, ask briefly about past experiences in customer service. Basically given the job immediately, if you can get to work on time you can work at Kroger.
