I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (Hazel Park, MI) in Apr 2016
Interview
She first introduced herself and asked me a couple of personal questions. She then asked about how I would like to work at Kroger and she also asked me a couple of questions about working at Kroger. She also asked me about my education and if I would be interested in furthering my education, I of course said yes and she transferred me to someone that would assist me in that area. The only thing that I didn't get to ask was what would be the next step towards the interview via in-person interview.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Kroger? What's your proudest accomplishment?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very simple interview, basic questions. Nothing too complex. None of the stereotypical "where do you see yourself in 10 years" sort of stuff. Dress in business casual. Decently laid back. Very easy questions, nothing too strange. Most of them had to do with the job you were applying for. HR will watch you for confidence and such. Be sure to smile and understand everything they say to you. As long as they have a spot open, you look and act confident, you will get the job easily.
