Very relaxed, very easy. Didn’t realize they would offer the job at the end of the interview. Majority of the questions focused on soft skills. Nice people. Formal yet informal.

very simple interview process with not a lot of surprises. I felt it was easy and was a very straightforward and right to the point interview. It did not last super long and the communication was very good from the hiring managers.

Step 1: Telephone Screening - Basic info (Location, years of exp, knowledge of technologies, and nature of prev. work exp).
Step 2: Interview with hiring manager - Detailed discussion of Job related activities, questioned about previous exp, detailed discussion on technical knowledge and about hands-on knowledge, provided info about the kind of tools one might have access to, and introduction to the team. Asked me to keep a computer ready to conduct hands-on testing of analytical tools in the tech. round.
Step 3: Technical round - Q/A on Analytical knowledge, methods used for analysis, example analysis with sample data.

We need someone who can plan for the demand with no historical data available (like for new products in the market). Can you do this?
