I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Houston, TX) in Dec 2012
Interview
Very laid back. Arrived at the pharmacy and was led into a private part of the pharmacy where the pharmacist usually administers vaccines for patients. Interviewed by just the pharmacist. Felt like I already had the job even though I had no prior experience. He mostly asked about my availability and no behavioral questions. Interview style is very much dependent on the individual pharmacist.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How many hours were you expecting to work per week?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kroger (Denton, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
Online application was mandatory - if you tried to apply in-person they told you to go home and apply online. They push a bunch of people into a room for a "group interview" with several activities involving "what's your favorite food?" and "how would you market [product]?" After this, a few people get selected from each group and then sit down with a manager, who makes sure you can form complete sentences. Then those who pass this round are given a drug test, and those who pass that are reviewed again and then hired.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kroger (Hebron, KY) in May 2016
Interview
I was asked basic application questions and was asked if I would be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen. All of the questions she asked I had answered on my application which I felt like she should of either looked at or had in front of her.
