It was pretty easy. They asked simple questions like “Tell me about yourself and your experience “. They asked my availability and told me a little bit about the position.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit about yourself and your experience.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kroger (Monroe, OH)
Interview
The interview was pretty simple. They asked a couple questions and then I was hired on the spot. Got paperwork that day and drug tested shortly after before starting two weeks later.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kroger (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
While I understand that recruitment is trying to keep cost low, the fact that there is a preliminary video interview to weed out people before you are interviewed in person is a waste of time. I have attempted this on two separate occasions for Change Management. I'm not interviewing to do a commercial. The purpose of the position is to prepare people within an organization for technology or procedural change, so why not talk to people. I expect this type of interview with hi-tech firms like Google, not Kroger.

Question 1
Doing the right thing is not always easy. Tell me about a time when you chose what you thought was the most ethical course of action even through there were other easier options. Please describe the situation, your actions and the outcome. [Keep in mind you are talking to your computer screen with just your face like you are doing a social medial post]
