Kroger interview questions

Virtual interview through Teams. I was asked questions about handling customer complaints, time management, strongest and weakest sides. The interview was handled by specialists and manager of the team. Three interviews: one screening over the phone and two online . The atmosphere was pleasant, nobody gave difficult questions.

it was a quick process, the interviewer was nice and patient with me. she helped me understand things i was confused on and helped me not be so nervous. although i didn't get the position, the overrall experience helped me prepare better for interviews
