Kroger Courtesy Clerk/Bagger interview questions

I received a phone call the day after I submitted my application. They asked a few basic questions over the phone and scheduled me for an onsite interview. I showed up 15 minutes early and met with two people. They were very friendly and reviewed my schooling and resume. They asked about my schedule, and said that they currently were unable to give me enough hours to hire me on.

On the day of my interview, I was taken to the back of the store and I spoke with the human resource manager. She explained all the company procedures and policies with me including the eight hours of paid online training videos. After the interview, I was set up with a training class at a different store in town.
