After applying, there was a phone interview, where they ask about your experience. They then schedule an interview face-to-face where you get will then get offered a position or not.

The interview process was fairly quick and easy. First I had a phone interview and then an in-person one. Some preparation was needed for the interview such as business casual attire and knowing something relevant about the company. I was hired after a week.
