Kroger interview questions

Video pre screening asked a series of very vague questions. A computer then uses artificial intelligence to "grade" the video, your appearance and your answers which are not multiple choice.

Went through two rounds of interviews totaling about two hours of my time. Second interview seemed to go exceptionally well and I was told a decision would be made within the next few days. After that I was completely ghosted - three emails and two voicemails left received no response. Never seen such a lack of professional behavior in this industry - I commit over 2 hours of my time to going through this process and the recruiter could not even be bothered to have the courtesy of letting me know they did not want to proceed with me as an applicant, even though I made them aware I had other pending offers and as such needed to know the timeline for a decision. Its remarkable that companies will complain about a labor shortage and then treat their applicants in this manner.
