Interview only lasted four minutes. They told me what my salary would be, then asked if I was still interested. Set up a time for the orientation, and that was it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Shelbyville, KY) in Nov 2015
Interview
Pretty informal. Asked a few random questions that do not really have any right or wrong answers. Applied online and received a call from a recruited within a few days. Interview wasn't necessarily informal, but it was pretty easy going.
