Kroger Customer Service Associate interview questions

I applied online through job alert. I was contacted the next day by the manager of the store. We scheduled an interview during that call. Manager interviewed me one-on-one. She asked basic questions like why they should hire me, why choose Kroger, and asked me some questions about my resume. She made me fill up this form for my availability. Then she gave me an offer and asked when I wanted to start. I had to come back the day after the interview to do a drug test and pick up my uniform. Then I had to attend orientation, which was paid, and lasted 4 hours.

The company conducts interviews for both part-time and full-time jobs alike. However, interview formats may differ accordingly. Entry-level applicants undergo an orientation process that involves group exercises, one-on-one discussions, and other formats deemed necessary.
