Me candidatei por um site de empregos em 24 de julho/21 e em 26 de julho/21 recebi o contato do time de Talent Acquisition.
Foi perguntado sobre minhas experiências e falamos um pouco em inglês. Em 27/07 fiz a entrevista com a gestão internacional, parte em inglês, parte em português e parte em espanhol.
Em 29/07 fiz uma entrevista gravada, em vídeo, onde foram respondidas 5 perguntas em inglês, espanhol, sobre minha experiência na área, projetos e minhas expectativas caso fosse aprovadx.
Por fim, em 02/08, fui submetidx a um teste técnico, em inglês, o qual fui acompanhada ao vivo pelx Recruiter.
Dia 04/08 recebi o telefonema com a aprovação e na segunda seguinte assinei o contrato da Offer Letter.
Todas as pessoas envolvidas me fizeram sentir confortável, sempre deixando claro os desafios da vaga, valores a da empresa e o que a empresa espera em um candidato(a).

Diga sobre um projeto que você desenvolveu frente à área de R&S.
Straight forward; started with a preliminary phone screen and then an in person interview. Communication and feedback was delivered in a timely manner. Offer process was very straightforward as well.

I had 2 online interviews and waited for the offer 4 months! They are not well prepared, the job was below my seniority level and the Recruiter refused to get me better offer that suits me. The hiring process is so long requested so much documents and reference checks, complete waste of time. And above all they selected a low quality Outsourcing Company here in my country who supposed to be responsible for the contract, payroll and onboarding process. My first day was a complete disaster because of the lack of communication and professionalism from their side and the selected Outsourcing Company. I decided not to proceed and cancelled my acceptance of the offer, to not waste much from my time and efforts.
