Meet with Senior Client Partner for Consumer Practice. Formal, professional and fact-finding style of interview. 2 rounds, one was over the phone with Managing Director who referred me to the practice leader in Shanghai.
Several interviews with consulting services business development managers. Discussed professional experience, types of potential roles, typical compensation considerations, etc. Also discussed how the project management and consulting roles are identified and pursued.

I was ghosted after two interviews with the recruiting team which was surprising since this is a human capital consulting firm. Everyone I've met from Korn Ferry has been great, but was a bit disappointed that the process was not more formalized or communicated.
