Interview
Thorough yet cumbersome with several return visits to meet with about 10 individuals across various levels. Three months from initial phone interview to offer stage. Appreciated the effort to provide as much information as possible on what the daily life in the role would entail.
Met a few partners virtually, pretty straightforward process to understand your interest level, ability to learn, and communication skills followed by their KF4D assessment. Overall took less than 2 months from beginning to end.

Interview
First meeting, introduced through recruiter - was a zoom meeting to go more into CV and background.
Good interview, fairly standard questions - not much to prepare for other than being able to walk through details of CV
Met with head of delivery followed by the partner and a number of delivery experts over a period of 2 months. Phone Interview followed by in-person interview followed by half day interview with other associates and principals across the practice.
