Awful. Talked w/ a recruiter over the phone. Invited to an "invitation only" hiring event. (Ridiculous name - who would attend a hiring event they weren't invited to?) Asked to take a verbal, logical and math assessment, along with a personality assessment. Humiliating and inhumane and grueling. Work experience, schooling, etc ultimately doesn't matter.

It’s three stages of interview, a logic and english testing, then an excel and competencies interview while you have to roleplay different situations according to the job position. Also could be included a customer service task like replying a email.
some great people, som not so great. a mix bag really.
unlucky that I dealt with the wrong partner there who had zero understanding of people from other background to himself

Everything fairly average. HR in UK, average experience, a bit pushy but okay. Unfortunately HR is centralized
