Interview
Long process with many stages of interview. First couple were brief but once got to 3rd stage did a live 'test' on a skype call which took around 1 hour. Then had local face to face interview and final 2 calls with different members of hr and team leader. Strange end to process with negative feedback and offered position in same call.

Salary was quite a prevelant part of the interview process.
Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there.
Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time.
Told me they would get back to me and never did.

All are professional from initial interview up to final interview. On time, friendly atmosphere and feedback was received on the time they promised, great office environment and assisted candidates all throughout the process.
