Long and chaotic. After an interview you are left to your own devices to learn their systems. They test your knowledge and ability to teach and you are free to sign a contract. Information flow is very uncoordinated, everyone has a different answer to your questions and you rarely get anything concrete.

O processo foi bem veloz, dois dias após minha inscrição fui contactado para iniciar os testes. Tive que criar dois jogos simples nas linguagens escolhidas e lecionar uma aula para o controle de qualidade, além de alguns webinars.
