Got interviewed a while back for a postion in Manitoba. The experience was not bad and i learned a lot about Koch. Phone interview and then face to face. They do a back to back interview format. Mine felt rushed with the format, there were interruptions, and then didn't finish as a result as the next interviewer wanted to start on time. I just feel like with so many people interviewing from different departments it got confusing as to what the role truly was for in the end and still with me asking questions did not get clarity from them. I have heard Koch in general isn't as good as in the past so maybe it was for best i didnt get offer. But good experience overall and people made you feel comfortable. Good interview practice. Their Interview process needs some work. How to make so the interviewers can each finish when truly done and more clarity as to the connection between the interviewers and the role hiring for.Perhaps spanning the interviews 2 days to have enough time.

I am disappointed to hear you felt the process was rushed and that you did not have ample time or clarity on how the role fit into the larger business and team. We have made improvements in the interviewing process but this feedback is valuable as we continue to identify areas to advance and provide a great candidate experience. Thank you again.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Koch
Interview
The interview process was fine. I had a phone screen and an in person interview. I got to meet multiple team members and managers. Overall it was very informative and I felt like they cared about my time.

They have a couple of rounds of interview questions. Both technical and situational. If you can't answer a technical question don't like or else they will strictly go to technical questions. Be honest and transparent.
