I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Houston, TX) in Oct 2010
Interview
I applied online and within 2 weeks I was informed that I was selected to take part in a telephone interview within the next few days. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and the telephone interview lasted about 25 minutes...mainly we discussed why I chose Koch, what were my salary requirements, and what was I planning for my career. My in-person interview lasted about 4 hours and I was interviewed by 5 different people on the trading floor whom, if I got the position, I would be working with daily. The interview was very extensive but offered me an in-depth look at the people who make the company.

The interviews were a blend of them telling me about the company and the group and asking questions to understand my experiences and tendencies. It was a fairly standard behavioral interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online through university recruiting. Once I applied, I heard back within two weeks. The first interview was on campus (at Wichita State). This interview was short (around 30 minutes). In this interview, I was asked about my interest in Koch, knowledge of market based management, and general interview questions. After this interview, I again heard back within two weeks. The next interview was at Koch world headquarters in Wichita. I interviewed with a group of other students; the process took the better part of the day. There were three rounds of interviews, all about 45 minutes in time. The people were incredibly pleasant and the facilities were second to none. After this final interview, I received and accepted a full-time offer within two weeks.
