I was first contacted for a phone screen and then I was set up with an in-person interview. First interview was mostly behavioral questions and when I met with the people I’d be working with it was more informal. Basically an interview to see if I fit in with the group.

Talked to several different interviewers about my background. They were really interested in cultural fit. After informational interview, I had a basic technical interview with a senior credit manager where I walked through basic accounting technicals and talked about credit evaluation in the context of oil and gas.

I applied online through their company website. I was contacted for 2 phone interviews and then an on-site interview in Wichita. Asked primarily behavioral based questions on both the phone and in person, so be prepared for those. For the on-site interview it is nearly 4 hours long.
