I could not seem to reach anyone regarding the interview process, the only item that I received was a video interview link which was very impersonal and did not allow me to interact with anyone.

that was quite nice interview and everything was simply OK. I strongly recommend to have interview with this company their managers. There were several steps about the interview process. The managers including HR and department, were kind. the interview was in friendly environment and encourages the candidates
