Interview
Process is very simple but the finance head will consider your resume if you are from West Bengal or specifically from Kolkata with a strong reference. Also he will PRIYA senior finance manager will ask you irrelevant question if you are not from west bengalore and he is giving more importance to your reference rather than your resume and skills.

Interview
Only got to the first round but it was a 30min interview with two people that I met at the social the night before. Pretty basic interview questions but they expected you to know a lot about the company.
It is a 3 hour panel interview with 6 different people on your team. Mostly behavioral type questions, and some just trying to get to know what kind of person you were

Interview was good with Aptiutude Test and Technical skills and core accounting questions and skill analyses on work experience and capable of working about the company and there mission and vision.
